Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming occurs when one is in a dream state and realizes, within the dream that they are dreaming.  There are great benefits associated with Lucid Dreaming.  When you realize that you are dreaming, and that you can take charge of the direction you dream is going, you can fly from one place to another, effect changes upon your circumstances within the dream, and figure out some of your most challenging life situations.  You may ask... how does this work?  Lets explore further.

The subconscious is a driver for many of  the circumstances and events that we draw into our lives.  It is a sort of pre-programming that we fail to connect with our conscious awareness.  If we were truly aware of our subconscious programming, we would certainly alter the contents to bring more prosperity and happiness into our lives.  By connecting to this deeper level of awareness through lucid dreaming, we tap into the vastness of the universe and have the ability to create new lines of code in our programming.  Our conscious thought processes began to change for the better... we focus upon more positive things and we notice that circumstances change for the better, bringing about more joy... more opportunities... and a healthier more positive outlook on life in general.  This is a process and does not generally happen overnight, but the changes began to occur the moment we begin.  Human beings use only a small percentage of their physical brains.  By tapping into the unlimited resources that lie within our own physical beings, we begin to gain more insight into ourselves, and the world around us.  When we begin to see the results in our waking hours, it is much like getting an unexpected gift!  Excitement about the unlimited possibilities stimulates our thinking processes and we begin to think about what we really want out of this life, and incorporate those elements into the next lucid dreaming session.

There are ways to stimulate lucid dreaming.  There are many methods, such as repeating I will know I am dreaming tonight prior to sleep.  This takes practice, but you can master it if you are consistent in your efforts.  For more information, Please click on the picture below.
